The vision of the organization


The Campaign for Female Education and Empowerment (CFEE) envisions communities in which the most marginalized women and adolescent girls affected by conflict and post-conflict hardships lead lives of safety, dignity, equality, equity and reach their full potential as individual, family member, community member and a national.

The mission


1. The Campaign for Female Education and Empowerment (CFEE NGO) supports and puts on front line the most marginalized women and adolescent girls in conflict, post conflict and early recovery settings.
2. The Campaign for Female Education and Empowerment (CFEE NGO) tackles gender inequality, women’s poverty and economic illiteracy.
3. The Campaign for Female Education and Empowerment (CFEE NGO) advocates for formal education and informal learning opportunities for protection and development of adolescent girls.
4. The Campaign for Female Education and Empowerment (CFEE NGO) supports the most marginalized women and adolescent girls in improving their health and wellbeing through activities aimed at prevention of and response to sexual and gender based violence.
5. The Campaign for Female Education and Empowerment (CFEE NGO) engages in advocacy initiatives to bring about sustainable change and transformation in negative attitudes, community norms, practices towards women and adolescent girls.
6. The Campaign for Female Education and Empowerment (CFEE NGO) promotes inclusion and participation of women and adolescent girls in programs of humanitarian assistance and protection.

Objectives


1. The principal objective of the Campaign for Female Education and Empowerment in its activity to offer a constructive and dignified way for marginalized women and adolescent girls, often with little or no formal education and other informal learning opportunities, to regain control over their lives and enhance their legal right to physical integrity.
2. The CFEE NGO pursues this objective with impartiality, accountability to affected population, integrity to donors, sensitivity.
3. The CFEE NGO pursues this objective making no discrimination as to nationality, ethnicity, race, gender, religious beliefs, language, social class, or political opinions.
4. The CFEE NGO pursues this objective paying a special attention to & non-discrimination of women and adolescent girls with special needs, e.g. persons with disabilities.
